  • For cooking you can use the spacious kitchen and dining area in the common room for your meal.

Bills
A monthly invoice will be created for you, which must be paid by the 5th of the month. In case you just arrived it will take a few days before your bank account is available. We are aware of this situation and will give you enough time to settle the first bill. That isn’t a problem for us.
Security Deposit
The deposit is one month's rent. If the rooms are handed over clean and without damage at the end of the rental period, you will receive the rental deposit in cash.

If you have signed a rental contract, you have booked the room and we assume that you will fulfill this contract. Should special circumstances endanger your stay, we can discuss this and will always find a solution.

If you are interested in an apartment or room, we will send you a rental form. Please fill out this form completely with all information as stated in your passport, including your complete address, as well as email address and mobile number. Then we will send you a contract, which you then please sign and send back to us. Your room is then reserved for you and we look forward to your arrival.

  • The double rooms are perfect for couples or friends. They consist of 1 bedroom, sitting area, bathroom with shower and toilet. The rooms are fully furnished with 2 single beds, wardrobe, desk, seating options, refrigerator. Bed linen, towels and bath towels are provided and changed regularly.
